Based on the Scroll suspender, I would estimate this to be the Victoria Version, on research – The Victoria version of the medal was awarded up to the Army Order of July 1902, post-dating her death

The Army Long Service and Good Conduct Medal was instituted by King William IV in 1830, this medal remained in use for 100 years.
