Generals of the Anglo-Boer War Medal Group: British & Boer
The medals were issued periodically between 1975 and 1979
All 20 medals (Boer and British) issued inside a large red leather case lined with white silk and red velvet with: “Generals Generaals / Anglo-Boer War Anglo-Boere Oorlog / 1899-1902″ in gilt on the outside of the lid and” “TMS” on the inside.
Medals were issued inside a red leather case lined with white silk and red velvet with the name of the general in gilt on the outside of the lid and” “TMS” on the inside. There appears to be an error on the box of Major General Lyttleton (Box spelling Littleton – Medal Lyttleton)
We have the original red leather boxes for each except Major General Colville and KMDT General Louis Botha
