This unusual collector’s piece, 52cm in diameter, is ten sided; one for every year of independence. The obverse bears the Rhodesian Coat of Arms and the ten dates (1965 – 1975) The reverse bears the heads of Cecil John Rhodes, Sir Charles Coghlan and Ian Douglas Smith, incorporating the Zimbabwe bird B.S.A Company lion.
The medallion is set in a presentation box and mounted in card in a clear plastic case
